FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
NICOLA FORD
I have spent the last 18 years of my career in HR roles, with prior work history being in recruitment. I started my career in HR in 2005 working for a charity which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was varied and really exposed me to some tricky situations as I was responsible for delivering HR support to youth services within London and the South East.
I moved to a franchised HR consultancy business working with clients came from the majority of sectors which included (but not limited to); care, hospitality, insurance, fintech, publishing, retail, aesthetics, doctors, schools, child care facilities, film, interior design and charities.
I have now started up as self employed, offering my skills, knowledge and expertise as a HR generalist to SME’s locally and across a wider network. I am a hard working, loyal, reliable and trusted HR partner, ready to support your business.

JENNIE BRITTEN
